The Headhunters are a group of strange creatures; woodland sorcerers so-called for constructing their elaborate home within the disembodied head of a Great Giant. They hunt and slay the Giant, and having freed the enormous head from its body begin the ritualistic process of preserving and enchanting it. The transformation that occurs changes flesh and skull into an exquisite fortress, brimming with the resources they require to create their ultimate temple. Under the influence of an array of ancient relics and enchantments, each part of the head becomes a micro ecosystem utilized for various purposes in support of their otherworldly culture…
