"Cult Window II" is a simple montage of short video clips shot on an iPhone 5. The music consists of layered synthetic textures over ambient field recordings of forest sounds and the squawk of a Downy Woodpecker. The spoken elements are from my extensive collection of robo-caller voicemails.

Video clips include the rosette window in the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in New York City (as viewed through a pair of binoculars mounted on a tripod), various clips of defoliated trees around Pittsburgh, a Downy Woodpecker, ice over a babbling brook and a bald eagle filmed through a spotting scope near Buchanan, New York along the Hudson River. The most curious clip is that of a man writhing around inside a makeshift plastic tent in Jackie Robinson Park, NYC. This was filmed looking down over a high stone wall below Edgecombe Avenue near 150th Street.
